Our Second Tip for Success for Your New Year Group Cleanse

Yesterday, we announced our New Year Group Cleanse starting January 1st for a new you this new year! We’re offering tips everyday until the 1st so that you are more prepared than ever before! Of course, if you haven’t purchased your own Bikini Cleanse, that is step number 1!

 

After you have eliminated temptation, it’s time to Create Your Meal Plan. Having a go-to meal plan will take out the guesswork in the middle of a hunger pang. There is a total of 14 meals that you will need to create on your own this week. With the help of our recipes page, you can plan just about any meal for anytime of the day.

 

We suggest getting a weekly planner or notebook and write down the following for each day:

 

DAY (1)

 

Breakfast:

Snack:

Lunch:

Snack:

Dinner:

 

In each of those categories, create the meal or snack you desire and the ingredients needed to create the recipe. If having a picture or time stamp makes it easier for you to visualize, great! Anything to get you prepared and organized.
