Bikini Testimonial: Kelli

One of the many reasons we love our BIKINI CLEANSE (besides the increased energy, tasty smoothies, and losing weight of course!), is the idea that we can eat delicious meals throughout the week. And we’re not the only ones who love that part! This business owner had many experiences with cleanses in the past, but BIKINI CLEANSE gave Kelli Rapaski the results she wanted while still enjoying her normal routine.

BC: How did you first hear about BIKINI CLEANSE?

KR: I heard about BC through social media! Someone I follow tried it out and I thought I would give it a shot as well! I am not a big fan of normal “cleanses” because I HAVE to eat!! Juice cleanses don’t provide adequate amount of protein and I loved being able to have flexibility with my food choices.

 

BC: We agree! Was this cleanse for a special occasion or trip?

KR: My husband and I have had 9 weddings this Summer/Fall and I figured I would end our last one with a bang!! I wanted to feel great going into Winter.

 

BC: What was your health regimen (diet and workout routine) like before the 7-day cleanse? What’s it like now?

KR: I own Kelli’s Lean Body Coaching–a training/nutrition business– so I have always been active (5-6 days/week) and have eaten clean but I loved the accountability the Bikini Cleanse gave me. I am always on the other end watching others’ diets/exercise, it was nice to be the “client” for once!!

 

BC: How did you feel during the cleanse? What was your biggest obstacles? What was your favorite part?

KR: The first day was a bit rough having to take out all starchy carbs–I love my oatmeal with egg whites in the AM! But after Day 1, I felt great!! I had energy for my workouts and woke up feeling lean/lighter each morning.

 

BC: How much weight did you lose? How many inches?

KR: I lost 4lbs total. I’m not sure how many inches, but I felt great in my clothes!

 

BC: How did you feel once the cleanse was over?

KR: Awesome!! It really made me feel great at our last wedding of the year!

 

BC: Can you tell us about your daily routine during the cleanse? What workouts did you do? What recipes did you try? Etc.

KR: Every morning I would wake up and have the protein shake on the way to my first client. I would come home and do my Bikini Sticks on the way to my workout. The B vitamins gave me the energy I needed for my workout! After, I would either make an egg white omelet with veggies or do a chicken “stir-fry” with grilled chicken, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, olive oil/garlic. About 2 hours later I would do another Bikini Stick and then a few hrs after that have dinner that was typically chicken with a green veggie (broc/asparagus/cucumbers,etc). I am a creature of habit so most days out of convenience I would eat the same thing! It was extremely helpful to prepare everything ahead of time i.e cut veggies, grill chicken, etc. I tell my clients ALL the time that being prepared helps to take out excuses! Results come when you are prepared!

 

BC: Is there anything special you want to share with us? Any stories?

KR: I will definitely recommend to my clients looking to jump start their program with me! I will use Bikini Cleanse again!!
