  • Bento Box

  • Small, spill proof tupperware

 

Directions

 

  1. Prepare the roast beef and mustard sauce the night before (so you’re not crunched for time the next morning. If you want cooked asparagus, prepare the night before as well.

  2. The morning of, place your sauce in a spill proof container no larger than the Bento compartment.

  3. Slice as many pieces of prime rib as you want and place inside the Bento.

  4. Slice cucumbers and place in the Bento.

  5. Put in all remaining ingredients.

  6. When lunch comes around, use the asparagus and cucumbers as spears, wrap beef and dip!
