Bikini Cleanse Bento Box Day 4

Ingredients

 

  • ¼ lb. of prime rib

  • 1 bunch of organic asparagus

  • 5 cherry tomatoes

  • ⅛ red onion, chopped

  • ¼ avocado, cubed

  • 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar

  • ½ cup basil aioli

  • 1-2 slices of lemon

  • Micro Greens

 

Tools You Need

 

  • Bento Box

  • 2 small, spill proof tupperware

 

Directions

 

  1. Prepare the roast beef and basil aioli the night before (so you’re not crunched for time the next morning). If you want cooked asparagus, prepare the night before as well.

  2. The morning of, slice a slab of prime rib and place in Bento.

  3. Place your oil and vinegar in a spill proof container no larger than the Bento compartment. Repeat for basil aioli.

  4. Slice avocados, tomato and onion in a separate bowl and mix. Place in Bento.

  5. Put in all remaining ingredients.

  6. When lunch comes around, top the oil and vinegar on your salad. Dip your asparagus and prime rib in the basil aioli!
