Bikini Cleanse Bento Box Day 5

Mondays might just be the worst invention to mankind. So we thought we would make it easier. With the Bikini Cleanse bento box day 5 recipe, you’ll be a lot happier this Monday.   • Organic microgreens

  • ½ lb. of chicken

  • ½ organic avocado, cut in half and cubed in rhine

  • 3-4 butter lettuce, or lettuce cups of choice

  • ½ cup cilantro avocado sauce

  • 1-2 slices of lemon

  • ⅛ red onion, chopped


Tools You Need


  • Bento Box

  • Small, spill proof tupperware




  1. The night before, bake the chicken and prepare your cilantro avocado sauce (LINK).

  2. The morning of, slice as many pieces of chicken as desired. Place in Bento.

  3. Place your cilantro avocado sauce in a spill proof container no larger than the Bento compartment.

  4. Slice avocado in half. Take one half and slice into cube in rhine and place in Bento.

  5. Put in all remaining ingredients.

  6. When lunch comes around, use the lettuce as a taco of sorts and place chicken inside. Top with sauce and pieces of avocado. Use lemon and onion as desired.
