Happy Satur-yay, bikini babes! Welcome to our Bikini Cleanse Bento Box Day 3. Luckily, school/work isn’t until Monday so we can take a much needed break. To prepare you for next week, we’ve put in plenty of protein and healthy fats to keep you full all day long. Make sure to take a shot of your bento lunch and hashtag #lovelunchagain.
Ingredients

Organic microgreens

½ lb. of chicken

1-2 hard boiled eggs

½ organic avocado
-
4-5 cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
Tools You Need

Bento Box

Small, spill proof tupperware
Directions

Hard boil your eggs in the morning as you get ready for the day or the night before.

Bake the chicken the night before (LINK).

The morning of slice as many pieces of chicken and hardboiled eggs as desired. Place in Bento.

Place your oil and vinegar in a spill proof container no larger than the Bento compartment.

Slice avocados and tomato and place in the Bento over bed of microgreens.

Put in all remaining ingredients.
- When lunch comes around, mix all ingredients into a healthy salad as pictured below!
