Pumpkin Spice Tea

It’s finally arrived! The season every fall lover waits for… Pumpkin Spice Latte Season! We’re big fans of this tasty, Fall beverage, but we’re not fans of this drink’s caloric intake. A grande (16 oz.) PSL with 2% milk and whip cream has 380 calories, 14 grams of fat, 52g of carbohydrates and 50 grams of sugar! Gasp! No thanks, Starbucks. We’ve come up with our own Bikini Cleanse Pumpkin Spice Tea to keep up the warmth and the calories at bay. Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

  • 1 Bikini Tea bag

  • 1 tbsp. dried pumpkin flakes

  • ½ tbsp. pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

  • ½ tsp. ginger

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon (optional)

  • ½ tsp. turmeric (optional)

  • Stevia, to taste (optional)

  • 1 star anise or cinnamon stick (optional)



  1. Take a metal tea strainer or metal tea bag. Open the Bikini Tea bag and place in metal strainer along with the pumpkin flakes and pumpkin seeds. Set aside

  2. Boil water in pot or tea kettle. When the water is boiling, pour into mug and place the strainer in the cup. Add the nutmeg, ginger and stevia (optional). Let this brew for 1-3 minutes.

  3. Remove the strainer and throw away the ingredients. Bikini Tea already contains cinnamon, but add more for taste if you want. Add turmeric for a little extra health kick and add a star anise or cinnamon stick to make beautiful. Sip and enjoy!
