Bikini Cleanse Day 5: Being Grateful

Hi Babes! Sebrin, Editor at BIKINI Cleanse, here and it’s Day 5 of the 7 day BIKINI Cleanse. While Monday might be everyone’s least favorite day, I am choosing to make this a beautiful day.

I rose with the sun this morning, did a few calming yoga poses and had a large 8 ounce glass of water while enjoying the calm morning. After my egg whites and green tea for breakfast, I went for a hike at the beautiful Temescal Canyon. The best part about hiking for your daily workout is that you don’t even realize how much work you are doing. Between the gorgeous views and walking with your friends, it’s like taking a timeout of your day only to find that you burned a few extra calories in the process!

Normally, I start my day with my Bikini Smoothie, but I was in the mood to mix it up a little. Since the hiking circuit is an hour long and a bit of a drive with traffic, I brought my Bikini Smoothie pack and blended it at BIKINI CLEANSE Headquarters.

As a way to get through some of the cravings, I researched some tropical locations to show off my new BIKINI CLEANSE bod when this is all over. I’m not so much hungry or “ugh” like on Day 3. Perhaps it’s Monday or maybe it’s because I’m so close to the finish line, but I find myself a little anxious. So I decided to reset my intentions and really take in what the Bikini Passport has to say for Day 5. From the moment I started my day until now, I chose to be grateful and soak in all of the beauty around me. I decided to share my gratitude with my coworkers, my patient fiance, and myself.

For tonight’s dinner, I’m having Turkey Zucchini Meatballs. Below, I’ve shared this recipe with you all. As the day draws to an end, just remember babes, you’re beautiful! I urge you to be grateful, present, and fabulous. Remember, only 2 more days to go!
