Garlic and Herb Mashed Cauliflower

Mashed potatoes might be a classic side dish, but nutrient dense cauliflower might make this our number one go-to side. Served with spices and herbs, this dish is 100% BIKINI CLEANSE approved.

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS (Serves 6)

 

• 1 head of cauliflower washed and cut into florets

• 1 vidalia onion, chopped

• 3 cloves of garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

•  Fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

• Place cauliflower in a steamer basket in a large soup pot, season with pepper, and stem until soft.

• Saute onion, garlic, and herbs until onion is translucent. Season with pepper to taste. Set aside.

• Place steamed cauliflower into a high speed blender or food processor. Add the sauteed onion, garlic and herbs. Process until smooth.

• Garnish with a spring of rosemary and fresh ground pepper
