Capisicum, the compound that gives peppers their spicy flavor, is also the ingredient that helps reduce inflammation. Combined, all of these spices will make you superhuman! Spicy Taco Filling
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of ground, grass fed beef
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Pour your EVOO in a pan over low heat.
  2. While the EVOO warms, mix together all of your spices in a separate bowl.
  3. Take the ground beef and put in the pan, increase the heat to medium. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to break it up and make into crumbles. Spread around the entire pan.
  4. Once the beef is spread out evenly, sprinkle the contents of the spice bowl onto the beef. Mix the ground beef until the spices are evenly distributed.
  5. Stir until cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Serve in your favorite lettuce cups or put into an organic, corn taco shell when you’re off of the Bikini Cleanse.
