Bikini Cleanse Day 7: Baring All and Proud

Happy Hump Day Bikini Babes! Sebrin, your Editor and BIKINI CLEANSE support guide here! Why is it a happy Wednesday? Because it’s the last day of our 7 day cleanse and we are proud of what we accomplished this week! Once the day is over, we will officially be ready to show off our bikini bods. But let’s not celebrate too early babes! To quote the Bikini Passport, “I will not get senioritis and let the last day of hard work slip.” We still have one more day of sweating, sipping, and slimming to go.

 

For my last BIKINI CLEANSE morning, I’m repeating yesterday’s Bikini Smoothie tip(link) for some extra greens. Since I love my daily tea ritual, I’m pairing this smoothie with some green tea with lemon. The light caffeine and kale give me an extra boost to start my day and workout!

 

This is where today gets a little interesting. I’m baring it all and getting in touch with my inner sex goddess through an aerobic pole dancing class at Secret Pole Dance Studio. I had never participated in a class like this, but when Founder and CEO Nicole Pollard told me about the sexy fun you have while burning some major calories, I was in! This workout seemed like a fun way to wrap up my week of cleansing. Plus, I managed to learn a thing or two to share with my fiance!

Tonight’s meal is similar to Monday’s meal on Day 5. Since the meatballs were so easy to make (and tasty too!), I decided to take the same recipe and use ground lamb instead! In case you missed this recipe, make sure to read on so you can make these Lamb Meatballs at home.

 

As you wind down with your meatballs and Bikini Tea, take time to pat yourself on the back! You went through the ups and the downs that come with detoxing your body. While it may not have been easy, you reset your body, you eliminated some toxins, and you lost a bit of weight! We here at Bikini Cleanse are proud to call you Bikini babes! Homemade Meatballs with Lamb or Turkey

 

Lamb Zucchini Meatballs

 

Ingredients (Serves 4-perfect for leftovers)

 

-2 lbs ground lamb

-1 medium or large sized zucchini

-1 egg white

-3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

 

Directions

 

-Shred zucchini with a cheese grater.

-Mix egg white, zucchini, and 2 lbs of lamb in a large bowl

-Roll into meatballs

-Drizzle a few tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet

-Over medium heat, sear the meatballs into batches, until each side is golden brown. About 5-10 minutes.
