Bikini Cleanse Day 2: On a Motivation High

Happy Friday Bikini babes! Sebrin here and its day 2 of my personal journey with Bikini Cleanse. Yesterday almost felt like a dream, right? My motivation was high and my discipline was at its strongest. Today feels a lot more real and a little bit more scary. It’s one of those days to look at some fitspo and remind myself why I’m doing this Bikini Cleanse.

It’s the last day of the work week so, like most of you, I’m cramming in some work before the freakin’ weekend! Instead of going to the gym, I’m going on a 40 minute run and adding in our 5 minute fitness routine with Charlotte Mooney. This workout gives you a little extra toning in your arms, legs, abs, and booty after a great run. I had my dreamy Bikini Smoothie for breakfast about an hour before my workout so that my stomach would have enough time to digest.

Given my busy day ahead, I’ve prepared a refreshing and interesting take on cucumber slices that only took minutes to make. The chili helps to boost my metabolism while the cucumber hydrates and provides me with my daily greens. Check out the bottom of the post for the recipe!

Cucumber slices with cilantro mint and chili

It’s days like today that make me happy to have the Bikini Sticks. Not only do the ingredients boost my metabolism and energy, but the water keeps me hydrated, giving me even more energy to get through my inbox.

 

As the day comes to an end, I’m planning on spending this Friday night in with my hot cup of Bikini Tea and a charcoal face mask. Beauty rest never sounded so good.

 

Chili Cucumber Slices

 

Ingredients:

-1 whole cucumber

-1 lime

-Sprinkle of chili powder

-1 tbs of cilantro

 

Directions:

-Wash cucumber, skin and slice into small discs.

-Take lime and slice into wedges. Place the cucumber slices face down and spritz with the lime wedge

-Finish with a sprinkle of cilantro and a dusting of chili powder
